Not going to lie, I am just struggling to find the motivation to write an article tonight. That doesn’t mean I can just take the day off. That’s how bad habits continue. For the past four years I’ve always found excuses to avoid the gym or to talk myself into spending more than I have budgeted. Now I’m not trying to sound like I’m constantly pinching pennies these days, instead I’m taking a page out of Paula Pant’s “Afford Anything” book and limiting what I choose to splurge money on. If you check out her blog you will see the phrase “You can afford anything, just not everything” posted all over her site.
With that being said, the lack of motivation is real tonight. I’m going to finish this article with a bunch of motivational posts from my Instagram feed (By the way, be sure to follow me here if you don’t already). Oh and yes, I know I’m taking the easy way out today but its something and that’s the most important thing. If you beg to differ, take a look at my post from yesterday. This last one has really given me some motivation for tomorrow. I’m going to make up for my lack of gym today by going before work.
